Foundation settlement - Pressure Vessels

Does any of the API inspection code of pressure vessels /heat exchangers calls for foundation settlement check? If yes, by what means? To perform some survey with recorded readings?

No there is no mandatory /listed requirement in API 510 pressure vessel inspection code to actually perform a settlement survey. In case of storage tanks, applying API 653 yes, it is applicable that settlement survey is performed.

Alright, what are the requirements mentioned in API 653? Is there any particular frequency mentioned to perform settlement survey?
