Does a vacuum relief activation account to PRD lift as well, as per API 754 KPI reporting?

Definitely it is a case of Tier-3 API 754 KPI.
If there has been a demand for cauum relief to activate, it is required to be registered.

Just think if that has not activated, the result must have asset damage.
So has to be reported as part of API 754 reportable Tier-III indicator.
