Reference Hardness Values - PQR

Post by arcpro »

For materials in accordance with NACE MR0103, when qualified for welding should contain the same hardness values as mentioned with NACE, right?
Do you know any reference of this requirement?

Check Sec. 11 of API 577 and there exactly you will find this requirement listed.
That reference can be used in this particular case.

Yes in PQR, those are the values which should be mentioned and this is part of API 577.
And hardness testing during qualification is mandatory.
