Risk assessment guidelines

Post by jeem »

What are the best practices when we talk about performing the risk assessment?
What are the governing international references which can be referred to perform an effective, and meaningful risk assessment?

The reference in this case where we apply through training is ISO /IEC 31010.
It is a 120+ pages document but contain all what you need to apply during risk assessment.
This particular ISO talks about the risk assessment techniques, and their application.

Do you have any crafted material available with you on ISO 31010?
That would help us to start things.
And do you conduct trainings of your personnel on ISO 31010?
