For inspection & reliability engineers, this is foremost important that they must undertake necessary inspections / NDTs and provide solutions in line with internationally acceptable codes / standards.
This thread is being initiated to share different technical issues with reference to the relevant codes.

Check your welders test facility as per AWS B5.4.
It contains all the requirements including Quality Control program, Personnel, Welding Equipment etc.
