We have been evaluating to have a software tool which can assist us with incident investigation, and other equipment failures. More focus has been shifted towards gripping all such failures & incidents to identify the causes, implement controls, and learn from them. Considering multiple facilities, management has advised to look for a suitable software tool which may assist us doing all this.
