Please share some valuable dissimilar welding charts to provide any overview of correct consumables to be used and other necessary details of preheheat, interpass and PWHT wherever applicable.

This is with reference to Australian Standards AS/NZS 1554.6:1994; very helpful for pre-qualified welding consumables for dissimilar welding.

Though structural steel welding reference for dissimilar materials but useful one.
Right consumable inputs can be obtained.

PetroStreet's own guideline document from API 582 would be a very good reference on the subject.
