PSVs Lining Up Check

What kind of practices are required to be in place to ensure lining up of required number of PSVs on process equipment?
The frequency of check especially when releasing for their maintenance?

This is during the installation of PSVs after the maintenance is done to make sure that the required number of PSVs are available and online.
A check mandatory to be performed by Operations during the time of installation after maintenance.

[arcpro]

Operations is keeping a checklist to have this requirement checked at our plant.
I am not sure about the frequency of this check but yes, records are available.
