Any best practices to integrate HAZOP, LOPA & SIL studies for the facilities?

The practices at our site is to perform an internal assessment every five years to know if the facility existing HAZOP is required to be revalidated. All the times, we come up with a YES to this assessment mainly because of the changes encountered to our facilities (since 70s). Though each of the major process changes have been individually performed HAZOP for however combined with changes in standards /regulations /incidents /RCAs performed, requirement is to revalidate all the nodes.
And once a revalidation is done, cases are extracted requiring LOPA to be performed on and finally after this, SIL revalidation is planned. This is what has been happening since years at our facilities. Internal teams support with all these studies with leaders made provided with multidisciplinary teams.
