Formalizing some questions to perform an audit on Operations for management of safe operating windows.
Would appreciate inputs.

1. Obtain the controlling procedure and check the references
2. Check is there are any gaps within the procedure itself compared to the provided references
3. Obtain 5 reported excursions
4. For each of the excursion, apply the procedure and check the conformance
5. Identify an excursion having impact on asset integrity (preferably, long term) and contact AI personnel for their action
(4) will provide you enough findings.
