Can i use this formula for calculating MAWP of gas pipe line designed as per ASME B-31.8?

Nabeel,
For that you have to include the factor F, temperature derating factor T and instead of allowable stress value S, use yield stress as suggested in Appendix D of B31.8. F depends on the location class and T is 1.0 if the temperature is 250 deg F or less.
The formula given for design pressure in ASME B31.8 is as follows:
P = 2St (F.E.T)/D
MAWP should be defined below this in any case.
