Which code governs the automated UT of Pressure Vessels weld joints?
And what about pass / fail criteria?

The governing code for Ultrasonic examination of pressure vessels weld joints is ASME code case 2235-9. This case has been issued to use automated UT in lieu of radiography.
Accept / reject criteria has been included in the same explicitly for upto 300 mm thick weld (Table 2) and then from 300 mm thick onwards (Table 3).
