Hi all,
I do want you guess to know, that the APR / NDT method is a very highly sophisticated NDT method.
Besides the fact that this method is way faster as all other equal NDT methods available today,
it also can be used for all meterials, very easy to operated, 330 tubes per hour is a standard kind of performance.
No probe problems, very simple for all kinds of tube runs, like straigth, U-tubes, twisted tubes, triangle etc etc so all tube geometrical shapes / bodies can be measured. The only disadvantage is that you only can measure from the inside out.
Several projects done throughout the last year. The system also runs a very clear and clean report including
a full color picture complete with all tubes provided with the tube number and a NDT defect color code.
