What are the exact requirements to apply for ASNT Level II certification?
Can this certification be acquired thru online examination?

no there is not online examination for it
for ASNT Level II requirement visit ASNT website
apart from this for info
you can have SNTC 1A certification which is to some extent similar to ASNT Level II and for it you have to consult the ASNT Level III personnel
he will conduct your test , practical and viva after that he will issue the SNTC 1A document having worth almost equivalent to Level II
