Is there any guide or crash course type book available for project costing and time-line management?
The following book would help you in project costing:
"Project cost estimating By Nigel J. Smith"
But if you are interested in costing for all independent project elements then it would be better to look for books on all items like costing of civil, mechanical, electrical works. I can also refer you that if you are interested.
