It really contains some very useful information on pipe integrity check with hydrostatic test.
First time I have seen a quantitative analysis of hydrostatic test which provides you confidence that if you have conducted the test at a certain test pressure, you must of sure of it that there would not be any defect above a certain size.
An excellent paper, really appreciate the author.
