15NiCuMoNb5 is normally used for steam drums & seamless boiler tubes upto 500°C. Max. thickness in case of plate is 300mm.

Yes, Sadia is right. Its basically a low alloy steel plate used for pressure vessels at increased temperatures.

There is no ASTM equivalent for 15NiCuMoNb5.

Following ASTM materials may be considered as an equivalent of 15NiCuMoNb5 steel.

ASTM A302 Gr. B
ASTM A302 Gr. C
ASTM A508 Gr. 2
ASTM A508 Gr. 2A
ASTM A508 Gr. 3
ASTM A508 Gr. 3A
ASTM A533 Gr. B
ASTM A533 Gr. C
ASTM A533 Gr. D
