Fusion bonded epoxy performance in aggressive sea water

We have been using different glass flake coating systems, cement lined as well (performing all good) but what should we be expecting from fusion bonded epoxy lining in presence of aggressive sea water cooling service?
We have got news of its good performance however though to get some real information from sites.

See I would share the weaknesses of FBE system, and only those. Make a call, if that would still suit your aggressive seawater service.
Relatively thin
Mechanical damage sensitivity
Difficult to apply to some complex geometry
Heat requirement during application
Temperature limits depend strongly on formulation
Coating holidays can be consequential
Cathodic disbondment must be considered

Practically to understand the coating performance, I would recommend you to apply on some test spools during an opportunity, keep them in service for a year or so, wait for another opportunity where you can bring those spools down, and perform inspection.
This way you should be knowing more where to place that coating system in service or not.
My take, no FBE for an aggressive sea water service may not sustain for long.

If possible, you may use cement lined piping where you are suffering with glass flake.
How's performance of cement lined? Are you facing any similar failure like in glass flake?
Fusion bonded may not be well suited where glass flake has already failed.
