At our plant, we have identified critical hydrocarbon service piping supported on incorrect type of supports when compared to original piping supports specifications & drawings documents.
What should we be doing provided there are some movements in the piping as well at some of the support location?

Support type is not matching with the recommended ones or there is some error only in the fabricated dimensions?

This is a critical finding.
Has to be reinstated as per design documents and drawings.
There is a potential of supports failure as you observed movements already.
How old are these lines now on these incorrect supporting system?
