repair /modification of regulated pressure vessels

I would like to know the Standrads that address the classification of repairs or/and modifications of the regulated pressure vessels.

ASME addresses almost all the repairs need to be carried out in post construction phase of any facility. They have formulated a committee which deals with these repairs, ASME PCC (ASME Post Construction COmmittee). ASME PCC-2 deals with "Repair of Pressure Equipment of Piping". All the repairs have been classified and taken care of in a systematic manner.
Go through PCC-2 you would surely be finding your solution.
