NDT methods for Off-shore transmission lines
How welding quality is assured in offshore transmission lines? Is it necessary to hydrotest the offshore transmission line? If yes then what is the procedure & how leaks (if any) are captured? Any code reference would be agret help.

Regarding hydrostatic test.
Yes, it is required to be performed on all offshore transmission lines as per API 1111 mentioned by mechcolor.
