Quality Module of SAP

We are going to workout Quality Module in SAP in our industry.
Is there anybody who has relevant experince?
How to strat with and what are the important aspects to look into?

What's your application? I mean your objective with SAP QM module?

Arcpro,

We don't know exactly what SAP QM can do for us as we are new to it. Anyhow, we are expecting to have database management of all our inspection functions:
- Material Inspection (PMI)
- Workorders / Notifications for Maintenance
- Inspection PM Plans (Onstream/Shutdown)
- Inspection Histories & Data Management
- PSV Calibration Plans
- WPS / Welders Qualification Records
- Inspection Annual Surveys
- Inspection Recommendations against Anomalies

Almost all the features you requires would be present in SAP QM module. Go through the SAP official site to find more. By the way, the most needed inspection tool for process industry, RBI would not be there in SAP QM module. You still have to run RBI engine through some other software which can be linked with SAP.
