Greasing For Electric Motors

How much grease is mandatory for an F class motor which temp. is in operation condition is 95 C

1. Quantity of grease does not depend upon class of motor, normally it is recommended by the bearing provider / motor maufacturer. But no matter which motor it is I will fill the bearing with grease with the help of grease gun and will wait for the extra grease to come out of drain plug.
2. Normally F class motors are "F" class ( max temp 140 deg C) with temp rise limt of class "B" ( max temp 110 deg C) i.e there normal temeperature should be of "B" class (110 degC)
3. If your running temperatures are high ( more than 95 deg C) on the bearing you may opt for a high temeprature grease for the bearing.
