Maintenance of 3-way manual valves

Are there any recommendations on maintaining 3-way valves? They are just considered isolation valves like all others at site, manually operated and having no particular preventive maintenance plan, right?

Generally, no maintenance plans are applied be it manual isolation valves of any type including three way valves.
This is what I know about my plant maintenance.

Manual isolation valves generally do not have any inspection or maintenance plans attached to them.
I believe same goes for 3 way isolation valves as well.
Condition based maintenance is applied as needed.
