CPF3M: Is the low-carbon variant (maximum 0.03% carbon). The "3" indicates a maximum carbon limit of 0.03%, corresponding to wrought 316L.
CPF8M: Is the standard-carbon variant (maximum 0.08% carbon). The "8" indicates a maximum carbon limit of 0.08%, corresponding to wrought 316.
