Please share to validate the LOPC calculations once happens to define the Tier level accordingly.

I am not sure if you know about the application from CCPS which you may download and use to assess Process Safety Incident.
It has got chemical database within supported qith a questionnaire to assist you while arriving at the correct Tier of PSE.

That completely got out of my mind.
Give me a day or two and I would look for the excel sheet I had.
