Prediction of high temperature failures

How can digital monitoring systems be used to predict high-temperature failures before inspection findings occur?

Modern software can continuously calculate creep consumption.
Inputs include tube metal temperature, operating pressure, material grade, time at temperature and you get the outputs including remaining life, creep damage fraction, and risk ranking
So instead of saying that
"Inspect every 5 years"
the system can say:
"Tube #14 has consumed 72% of creep life while others are below 40%."
This allows targeted inspections.

Are you looking for any direct digital monitoring tool to report you live creep damage?
