Does anyone has got any experience with buckeye sampler to look for HTHA?

To say less it is not a reliable primary screening method for HTHA management.

That is a very localized assessment and HTHA may get skipped from where the sample is taken.
A lot then depends that how the sample is taken.
That is the reason now inspection programs to detect HTHA depends upon ultrasonic methods including backscatter techniques, velocity ratio methods, PAUT, TOFD, TFM/FMC methods.
