If somebody need any reference or guideline regarding ISA standards, he may put his query under this thread or email @ support@thepetrostreet.com
Due to copyright issues, we would not be providing any downloadable material but can certainly help the cause.

ISA 7.0 establishes four elements of instrument air quality for use in pneumatic instruments
1. Pressure dew point (at least 10 C below the minimum temperature to which any part of the instrument air system is exposed). The pressure dew point shall not exceed 4C at line pressure.
2. Particle size (A maximum 40 micron particle size in the instrument air system is acceptable for the majority of pneumatic devices.) Maximum particle size in the instrument air system should be verified to be less than 40 micron. Any instrument requiring more stringent control, should be installed with dedicated filter at its upstream.
3. Lubricant content. Lubricant content is recommended to be approaching to zero, however it should not exceed one ppm w/w or v/v.
4. Contaminants. Instrument air should be free of corrosive contaminants and hazardous gases, which could be drawn into the instrument air system, like painting, chemical cleaning, and engine exhaust
