Straight forward answer would be for storage tanks, as what I have seen in most of my experience.
However, application include using them for low-pressure process vessels as well.

It has got its structural applications as well in case of steel structure, skids for pumps and other equipment where normally A36 is used.
Advantage being here is the killed steel, meaning it is fully deoxidized during production. This results in a more uniform chemical composition and a finer grain structure. This translates to a material that is much less likely to develop catastrophic cracks under stress or in cooler climates.
