Where exactly you people are finding the reference bow-tie diagrams? The document containing this all?

Okay, you must be looking these in MAH registers.
Majo Accident Hazard profiles should be containing them all.

Those are referenced in HSE Impact Assessment documentation as well.
However, to access them as they have been updated, and linked, most of the companies file them in a library containing them all.
Check with your HSE /Process Safety /Asset department if they have such management software.

Yeah, at our place, we have been managing all bow-tie diagrams through a software.

Thank you guys.
We have a tool as well with all listed bow-ties for all processes, available on demand from HSE.
Additionally, pdf copies are available as well, and during HSE Impact assessment, they have been attached with MAH registers.
