Fasteners and gasket material for dissimilar flanged joint

What should be the material of fasteners and the gasket when two dissimilar (carbon steel to stainless steel) flange joint is considered?

Yes, in this case, all those gaskets and fasteners should comply with SS material side of the specifications.
I am not sure if you can check out the piping specifications however, this is a must mention in there.

Piping specifications is always the reference here, however for dissimilar flanged joint, SS fasteners are used.

Thank you and I mistakenly wrote the joint as welded, supposed to be flanged.
