P1 to P11 welding procedure

Please share with me the basic welding procedure to weld P1 to P11, including the recommended consumable, preheat and post heat requirements for 11 mm piping joint.

Apply 149 C preheat
ER80S-D2
E7018-A2
Maintain 316 C interpass, max.
704-760 C post weld heat treatment following ASME B31.3 for t > 13 mm or material with TS > 71 ksi. Apply that for 1 hour per 25 mm thickness with minimum holding time of 2 hours.
Hardness should remain at 225 BHN.

Table A-1 of API 582 suggests the following:
Use E70XX-A1 or E70XXB2L or E80XXB2 low hydrogen.
