1. Integrated Data based methodology that factors Risk into Inspection decision making.
2. Delivers Risk ranking of equipments with cost effective actions for Risk mitigation is recommended.
3. Likelihood of Failure: Extent to which a failure is likely to occur. Consequence of Failure: Outcome of a failure which includes EHS and Economic aspects.
4. By defining Corrosion Loops on the basis of similar material / service / process condition.
5. Small leak, Crack and Rupture.
6. By Process safety personnel and management.
7. Risk Matrix.
8. Mechanical Integrity.
9. Process/Operation/Inspection/Maintenance/Corrosion people.
10. Calculating the metal loss per year. Mpy or mmpy.
11. Stress corrosion cracking and Hydrogen Induced Cracking.
12. Small hole sized leak.
13. Consequences.
14. Instruments / Electrical / Control / Structural / Rotating Machinery components.
15. VT / PT / RT
16. Uniform, Localised, Galvanic, Intergranular, velocity effects, Dealloying attack, Cracking, High Temp.
17. ASME Sec VIII, ASME 31.3, API 650.
18. Hydrogen Induced Cracking and Stress Oriented Hydrogen Induced Cracking.
19. Corrosion under Insulation. Visual, Profile RT, Thermography etc.
20. Sour well contains H2S and Sweet well does not contains H2S.
21. A line is called the line from well itself to either a Plant or Gathering station where as trunk lines are the bigger lines which often carry the production of a lot of wells in one field.
22. CP principle is to make the Pipe or Structure to be protected as negative potential of the electrochemical cell where reduction reaction takes place.
