For Maintenance Planning Engineers = Is there any Comparison (graphs or study) available b/w MATERIAL (SPARES) and MANHOURS in Oil & Gas sector or any other industry ?

Basically, It is the Management idea to make some relation ship or graph with these both. I just want to know that is there any relation (done by Maint Planning) exist?
I have not found it.

Actually I could not understand that what sort of relation is to be determined between spare materials and man-hours.
You may have a word with your management again.

This type of comparison is not done normally, but you may use Maimo for this. Comparsions can be made keeping in consideration the MTBF ( Mean Time Between Failure).
