What is the recommended preheat temperature for A3335 Gr. P5 and P9 materials?

It's from 250-300 deg C.

Against which piping code you are working?
Pre-heat temperatures have been mentioned in piping codes against P- numbers of different materials.

B31.1:
P9: 400 deg F
P5: 300 deg F

B31.3:
350 deg F for both.

Above are minimum requirements.
