If a welder gets failed in radiography test for certification against approved WPS.
Does he allowed to retest immediately? otherwise after how much period he might be allowed for re-qualification?
Any code reference?

Go through QW-321 and you would be finding all the information regarding re-tests.
If a welder fails to qualify the radiographic examination he may be retested immediately with radiography on twice the length or the number of pipe circumference.
