Use GI mesh to contain Rockwool over SS piping
The mesh will, in theory, not be in contact with the piping material although practically, 100% isolation is impossible to maintain.
However, IMHO this should not be a major concern since in case of such contact, zinc (more active than steel) rather than steel is more likely to corrode.
The second point is the quality of material itself. Merely ensuring that the two are not in contact is not acceptable - even if approved, the quality of the material itself would remain a concern.
Do you have any issues with this one? Or any further value addition?

For your specific case, there would not be any issues as it is unlikely that the mesh may come in contact with the pipe. Moreover, if it comes in contact even then there would not be any problem considering galvanic corrosion between GI mesh and austenitic stainless steel; very slight corrosion of GI mesh will occur.
