Internal lining for vent stack of incineration unit

Post by sharjeel »

Dear forum members,
we have an incineration unit for the incineration of industrial residual containing toxic element which cannot be disposed otherwise due to environmental implication. Though resultant flue gases are passed through a scrubber for scrubbing of NOx and SOx generated, however there are some unabsorbed quantity of these gases in flue gas leaving through vent stack.
The material of vent stack is CS and it was internally rubber lined, but due to some issues in construction it is not practical.
Can any body suggest any epoxy coating that can serve the purpose of rubber lining?
Thanks in advance

I would recommend you to choose any of the amine epoxies having very good acid resistance.
What would be the service temperature?

No problems. Go for amine based epoxy.
