Thanks all, so even what we call as normal operation can have an unintentional equipment degradation like cases of frequent starting up & stopping. An early level fix is required before risk normalization of such issues.

Heavier feeds generally produce more coke and require higher firing duty.
Examples include; Ethane → lower coking tendency
Naphtha → higher coking tendency
Feed changes often require TST adjustments.
Just keep a check on that.
