The real issue which we have identified in having an effective handover is the agenda and conformance to that.

Yes the similar practices as ivani1 has explained for routine activities subjected to a review by concerned. A complete list of maintenance routine activities are supported with HIRA which are validated by Maintenance Engineers, reviewed by HSE Engineers, and then made available for use.
