If u r in pakistan, scissor lifts can be bought from ELFY group (Al-Nazeer Engineering ... i guessed right) its a cost effective solution. It works good... i have seen one in a fertilizer plant at karachi but was used in shops there...

Can you provide some reference to corrosion rate for 316L UG.
Arcpro: For 316L UG, the corrosion rate in huey test stands at 0.6 mm/year and for 316L it would be above this value.

Thanks for ur observations and suggestions.
Good news is that the vibration on the machine have reduced. The maintenace activities carried on the machine are:
1. Sleeve bearing inspection (Found ok)
2. FOundation bolts tightened. (Found slightly loose)

You can also do the following as we practice:
1. High Pressure Loop thermowell to be inspected by DPT during every TA. (Currently we ensure 100% on Urea HP Loop Thermowells and rest of thermowells are checked whenever their equipment is opened)
