Is there any AWS chapter so far in Pakistan? I browsed through their site and could not find any reference. It's probably very expensive to get certification trainings for welding in Pakistan. A few courses are offered by Atomic Energy, but apart from that I guess it is mostly an on job learning ...

I have similar experience with one my clients, and it all comes down to the composition of oil that is being separated, and there are different technologies available for it. Also you cannot effectively separate oil if you don't have the right separation technology built in to the separator process ...
