Ethernet/Modbus Modules for TDC-3000
Guys,
Does Honeywell provide Ethernet or Modbus communication module for the their TDC-3000 DCS?
I need to import/export information (both digital and analog including signal values, commands, set-point changes) from a ControLogix PLC and the Honeywell TDC-3000. I know that Ethernet Communication ...

Siemens S7 vs. AB ControlLogix PLCs
Guys,
Ive worked on Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, and in my opinion they are extremely reliable and eser friendly.
How does ControlLogix PLC compare with Siemens Simatic S-7 PLC in terms of reliability, ease of programming, maintenance and MTBF.

Re: Rated HP of a VFD relative to that of the Driven Motor?
Yes, I guess I should have shared the reason earlier.
The motor is to be used as a starter motor for a gas turbine. As per the start-up of the machine, the motor has 2 different speed set-points to operate at, high speed SP and low speed SP. The reason for the VFD is obviously to control the speed ...
