This is the responsibility of Technical Engineering department to either engineer the repair, get the consultant involved, review it with all involved and then allow for implementation. No temporary repair should go unchecked from Technical function.

I would say this is a continuous struggle.
Actions are just coming from many sources including the regular internal & external audits.
I sometimes sit and think that even the actions in form of minutes from all different meetings are taken well care of, job is well done.
