Re: ASME STANDARD FLANGES + SPEACIAL NOZZLES
For example ASME B 16.5 establish the dimension of five types of flanges but all are RF or FF but no male, female groove. NPS 20 WN female type was the size in my case.

Re: ASME STANDARD FLANGES + SPEACIAL NOZZLES
Sometimes time saving & as per our experience making RF flange to female face flange is cheeper than purchasing the new female face flange ..
ASME B 16.5 does not only contain WN, SO, Bling, Threaded & SW flgs?

ASME STANDARD FLANGES + SPEACIAL NOZZLES
Can anybody advise me about following
1- Use of ASME standard flanges with litle modification like machining e.g. making groove on face, making female/male flanges by purchasing RF flgs, making holes in blinds flgs specially in Heat Exchangers. Need to recalculations of flanges according to App. 2 ...

Re: TUBE, TUBE SHEET NALYSIS, TUBE TO TUBE SHEET JOINT
Thanks to Ashaf bhai, Ben & Mechlor for your suuport i have gone through manual calculations & TEMA, feel quite better than before.AEM, AEU but still feeling not confident on special type heat exchangers (hairpin) for flaoting head/tube sheet heatexchanger. i am looking for drawing or small catalogs ...

@BenThanks for you People support.
@Ashfaq Bhai its both TEMA and ASME SEC VIII Part UHX, Design cord according to Client specifications.
I`ll go through these calculations and revert back to you in case of any confusion.
